Technical leadership and training of a software development effort which migrated 12 existing Oracle 6 databases to New Oracle7 HP 9000 UNIX platforms. Implemented Logical analysis, installation, Physical design, migration, upgrade, backup and recovery specifications for this world-wide HP-UX 10.0, 8 server, 12 RDBMS Oracle Vs. 6 environment. Maintained & tuned the environments, while training developers to become DBA's. Designed Real time video on demand using Oracle Media Server and Objects (OMO).
